  16. WEST CHESTER, Ohio, July 12, 1995 -- Flying Monkey Software announces
  17. protector, a new member of their "UNIX ASSIST" shareware for NEXTSTEP,
  18. which makes protecting files just about as quick as possible. Setting
  19. up the mode in protector will apply it to any files you protect - all
  20. in a user/group/other by read/write/execute by allow/prevent/unchanged
  21. matrix form. A bank of four mode-memories and graphic display of the
  22. current mode in the app icon make everyday chmod operations trivial.

  24. It is free for the taking! - but registering it will give us the
  25. impetus to make more UnixAssist shareware... Grab it with a simple ftp

  31. protector        - a wrapper for chmod - (registration: $7 suggested)

  33.     protector lets you change the mode on files and directories with a
  34.     click, a drag, or a call. Unix Assist -> protect will appear on
  35.     your Services menu to fire on a file, or you can command drag
  36.     files into the protector icon. ProtectorSpeaker.h and
  37.     ProtectorSpeaker.m are also provided as an API.
